What a vibe. It’s got the hustle a bustle of a perfect inner city cafe in Melbourne that you travel for. I love my chilli scrambled and theirs is in my top 2, slight kick, perfectly cooked eggs and shards of bacon for texture and body. No wonder the line up was out the door

Warm cozy place for breakfast n brunch . We had egg Benedict, chilli scrambled eggs which were great . House omelette was a bit bland for Indian pallete. Ask for bacon on side for all dishes if you enjoy them . Coffee was fab . There is a bit of waiting in peak hours but it’s absolutely worth it

Had a great breakfast experience here, had a short wait in line ( we got there early around 9am on a Sunday ) service was great, friendly and fast, the coffee was hot and strong and overall had a great lasting impression. The share tables are quirky but practical . Would happily come here again!

We tried: 🥑 Smashed Avo $25.50 – Pickled red onion, beetroot relish, Persian feta, cherry tomatoes & two poached eggs on Rustica sesame soy sourdough. Creamy and fresh — the pickled red onion was especially delicious and gave a nice balance with the feta. 🍠 Smashed Sweet Potato $24.90 – Feta, fresh chilli & two poached eggs on Rustica sourdough. Sweet and savoury with a little chilli kick, really tasty. 🍳 House Omelette $25.50 – Roasted capsicum, Turkish sujuk sausage, bocconcini, wild rocket, basil & walnut dukkah served on sourdough toast. Fluffy, well-seasoned and full of flavour. ☕ Latte $5.50 🧊 Iced Long Black $5.50 – Refreshing, with a slightly sour taste. Located in a cute little alley, Brick Lane Café has a cozy ambience and friendly staff. ✨ We really loved the food — everything was tasty and satisfying.

This place will always be my go-to in the city. The food always slaps!!! and the chilli scrambled eggs make me think of home, so good! The sandwich was great as well, and got the orange juice with ginger and it was good too. The chocolate milkshake wasn't the best but the rest of the food made up for it lol!

Brick Lane Melbourne is a hidden gem down Guilford Lane 🌿 its brick-facade, neon signage and plant-lined charm invite you in for a relaxing city escape. Top Picks - Chilli Scramble, Eggs Benedict, Waffle and coffee Their brunch menu is inventive and seasonal, with hand-made pastries, fresh bread and excellent specialty coffee. Staff are warm and service feels personal. Highly recommend for a calm, flavourful start to your day in the CBD. ☕🥐🍃

Crazy busy place! Get there early if you can. The food was incredible! It was a bit tough to hear the staff at our table, but that's what happens when you are in a happening place! We can't recommend this place enough!

A perfect fit into the eclectic Guildford Lane of Melbourne, this cafe offers a yummy menu in an excellent ambience. It is perfect for a team lunch on a work day or a weekend brunch outing. We were lucky to get a table on a Wednesday at 12:45 pm but we could see spaces fill up very quickly, so bookings are recommended if you are a big group. The comedian/actor Dilruk Jayasinghe came to eat at the same place so we know it attracts famous people as well! haha There's outside seating available as well, for single diners and small groups. The open kitchen adds to the open vibe of the place. There's choctops available too to fulfil your sweet tooth cravings! It was the first time for me eating savoury waffles and omg they were so good! They are happy to eliminate the poached eggs from the dish if you want to. My friend got the smashed avo which was great as well!

Had brunch at Brick Lane and really enjoyed it. The corn waffle was crispy on the outside, soft inside, with a nice natural sweetness — not heavy at all. The omelette was light, fluffy, and cooked perfectly. Simple menu items but done really well. What stood out the most was the staff. Super friendly, energetic, and you can tell they work really well together. Even though it was busy, service was fast and everyone stayed cheerful, which made the whole place feel lively and welcoming. Great vibe, good food, and a solid team. Would happily come back for brunch again💕
